Distance Sales Agreement

This agreement governs distance sales between GloryPet (“Seller”) and customers purchasing via glorypet.com.tr (“Buyer”).

Subject

Sale and delivery of products ordered electronically by the Buyer.

Payment and invoice

Payment is made via available methods. Invoice details must be entered correctly.

Delivery

Products are shipped to the address provided by the Buyer subject to stock and logistics.

Withdrawal

Withdrawal rights follow applicable law; see Returns & Exchanges for details.
